An intersection

Discovering the fundamental logic behind language. When I stumbled upon the field of linguistics, I was immediately fascinated by the mathematical exploration of language: a medium so artistic in its execution that I’ve used in bounds in journalism and creative writing. I’m a National Qualifier in the National Computational Linguistics Olympiad and am working on a collaborative research project to identify media bias in news articles (coming soon). I’ve also written and self-published an e-book with language puzzles that I designed, with the aim of getting more students excited about linguistics! You can read my book here.
